Water Damage from 7th to 3rd Floor

This flooded apartment building was the result of a broken pipe on the 7th floor of this apartment building. Multiple rooms below and adjacent to the source of loss room were also affected. In total, 15 plus rooms were affected with some degree of water damage. Our trained and certified team members responded immediately and began the water extraction and drying process with multiple air movers like our AixMax we also set up dehumidifiers. The picture above is one of the affected hallways in this apartment building. The trim was removed to ensure the drywall behind it was drying correctly.
